We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy for all funds deposited into your 100gigs.ng account. Once a deposit is successful and credited to your platform wallet or account balance, the funds are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or reversed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or mobile money).
Any funds deposited into your account must be used exclusively to purchase services, products, or gigs available on the 100gigs.ng platform. Your account balance remains available for your future use and does not expire, but it can only be exchanged for platform services.
In the event that an order, service, or transaction fails to deliver due to technical issues or is cancelled by a vendor/freelancer:
The transaction amount will be credited back to your 100gigs.ng account balance.
You can use this credited balance to repurchase the service or buy any other service on the platform.
Under no circumstances will this credited balance be paid out as a cash refund.
If you choose to close your 100gigs.ng account, or if your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining funds in your account wallet will be permanently forfeited. We do not issue payouts for unused balances upon account closure.
Because all deposits are final, any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Doing so may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your 100gigs.ng account and the forfeiture of any remaining account balance.
